Yes. Refresher requirements can be configured per role, force or cohort. Active officers are notified before expiry; supervisors see per-team status in a dashboard.

Which hosting options are available?

Default is managed hosting in a Swiss data centre under Swiss data protection law. On request, on-premise deployment within the force's or academy's infrastructure is available with the same feature set.

Which integrations exist for cantonal police HR systems?

SwissMentor exposes open APIs for master-data sync and Single Sign-On (SAML, OIDC). Integrations with Abacus, SAP HCM and canton-specific HR systems are running in production with existing customers.

How does training-material version control work in detail?

Every change to scripts, slides, SCORM modules or videos creates a new version with timestamp and author. Per class and date, the exact version that was taught is auditable. Older versions remain retrievable in tamper-evident form.
